We began by walking away from systems we couldn’t stand.

In healthcare, the moral failure was obvious: people waiting in pain while the system stalled. So we stepped in, not to fix it all, but to start something better. Places where care isn’t postponed and healing begins on time.

In real estate, we saw another broken promise. Agents were sold dreams of mentorship and belonging, then left to fend for themselves. We built the brokerage we wish we’d found: honest, human, and built to last.

And as we grew, we realized these were just two expressions of a single purpose: to build companies that solve real problems and restore what’s been forgottenintegrity, compassion, and imagination.

Now, through Wingspan Ventures, we take that same spirit into new frontiers: creating ideas and ventures that help people live healthier, more connected, more meaningful lives.
