We didn’t set out to build a real estate company, or a healthcare group, or anything resembling an “empire.” We started by walking away—from systems we couldn’t stand behind.

In real estate, we watched agents get sold dreams—promises of training, mentorship, and support that never existed. We saw talented people burn out or get used up by companies more interested in headcount than human beings. So we built the brokerage we wish I’d found: honest, human, and built to last.

In healthcare, we saw something even more urgent. More Canadians die waiting for care than Americans die because they can’t afford it. 

That’s not just a statistic—it’s a moral failure. Too many lives are lost in lineups. Too many suffer in silence while the system stalls. We knew we couldn’t fix it all, but we could start something better.

That’s why we build.

We build companies where healing isn’t postponed, where integrity isn’t optional, and where people are never just numbers on a spreadsheet.

This wasn’t always our why. We’ve spent much of our lives striving, chasing, pushing. But we see things more clearly now. We remembered that leadership isn’t about dominance or scale—it’s about presence, clarity, and the courage to care about others.

So now, we build for a different reason and measure ourselves against:

To create spaces where people feel seen, cared for, and not left behind.

To offer what we once needed but didn’t have.

To build something that outlives us—and matters.
